RUSSIAN TEA CAKES

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter (Soft)
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon Extract
  • 2 1/4 Cups Sifted flour
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • Powdered sugar to roll balls

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly
  3. Bake at 375 degrees 12 to 15 minutes
  4. Roll into powdered sugar while hot.
  5. When cool roll in powdered sugar again.
