• 2 Cups Chunky peanut butter
  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 3 1/2 Cups Sifted confectioners sugar
  • 3 Cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 lb Chocolate or confectioners coating


  1. Cut butter into slices and melt over low heat
  2. Add peanut butter and stir until butter is melted and mixture is smooth
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Stir in confectioners sugar 1/3 at a time
  5. Gently knead in cereal
  6. Add more sugar as necessary to form stiff but pliable mass
  7. Roll into balls and allow to harden
  8. Melt chocolate or confectioners coating
  9. Using a couple of forks dip the peanut butter balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to cool
  10. Refrigerate
